About ZeroTask
ZeroTask builds automations and AI agents for European businesses. It was founded in February 2026 in Timișoara, Romania, and works remotely across Europe.
Who is behind ZeroTask
I am Dacian, the founder. I worked for five years as a Linux systems engineer and hold an MSc in Cybersecurity. I started ZeroTask because I kept seeing capable teams lose hours every week to work that a well-built system could do, and I saw how often those systems were built without a thought for security.
I build the solutions myself. When you work with ZeroTask, you talk to the person who designs, builds and maintains your automation.
How I approach a project
- Start with one process. I pick the process that costs your team the most time and solve that first.
- Use AI where it helps. If a simple workflow does the job better, I build the simple workflow.
- Keep a person in control. Agents hand over, sensitive steps can need approval, and every action is logged.
- Document everything. You receive documentation for every workflow, so you do not depend on me or on a black box.
- You own the result. I build on your accounts wherever possible, and you can leave with everything at any time.
Tools I work with
Mainly n8n, self-hosted and cloud. Also Make, Python, the Claude and OpenAI APIs, ElevenLabs, the WhatsApp Business API, Chatwoot, Typebot, Supabase, Redis, and Docker with Coolify. I run client infrastructure myself and document it.
